We request that the payment milestones be rationalized by increasing the percentage linked to supply stage to at least 90% and reducing the dependency on post-installation stages.

Section 7, Liquidated Damages, pg. 23 | MUSE | Delays attributable to the Client shall be excluded from the computation of liquidated damages. | | iv. | Since retention money is deducted from running bills, we request that higher payment percentages be allowed in earlier (supply) stages, while retention continues as per RFP, to maintain financial balance.

Request- We request that the payment at supply stage be increased from 75% to 85%, with the balance linked to installation, testing, and commissioning.
This will improve cash flow, enable faster execution.
