Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting E-Tender No - (NIT No. RBI/Nagpur Regional Office/HRMD/1/23-24/ET/362) Reserve Bank of India, HRMD, Nagpur Regional Office had invited e-tender for the captioned work through RBI Website and MSTC Portal on January 10, 2024. 2. In this context, it is clarified that the formula for each of the fifteen lots (items) has been wrongly fed in the system. The tenderers are advised only to enter the rate per unit of each lot as per their calculation. Further, the tenderers are advised to ignore the total cost of each of the fifteen lots (items) and the overall cost of the tender shown in the portal. The overall cost of the tender will be calculated manually. 3. All terms and conditions mentioned in the tender remain unchanged. 4. It may be noted that this corrigendum shall form part of the tender.
