At the outset, the Chairman welcomed the participants and advised them to put forth their doubts / queries, if any. 4. Queries raised during the meeting and clarifications provided are as follows: | Sr. No. | Query raised by Vendor | Clarification of queries | | 1. | What kind of proof is to be submitted against service set up? | Address and contact details of the service set up at the concerned centre i.e. Pune or at nearby city/place wherefrom required quality after sales services can be regularly provided.
Documentary evidence related to the above should be submitted. | | 2. | What is meant by work in hand documents? | Works in hand means works in progress. | | 3. | How to submit documents for composite category works? | The vendors have to submit documentary proofs for having carried out composite works (i.e. civil-cum-electrical work) as a part of a single work order along with other requisite documents mentioned in the empanelment tender. | | 4. | Is TDS certificate mandatory? | For works carried out for Private companies, copy of TDS has to be submitted for proving the credentials/ contract amount. | | 5. | Shall we submit multiple applications per category of works? | Single application has to be submitted. Applicable Categories should be exclusively ticked off. | | 6. | What kind of documents are to be submitted against turnover? | Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by a Charted Accountant and Turn over Certificate from a CA along with copies of ITRs for the Last 3 Financial Years shall be submitted. | | 7. | Is Banker’s/solvency certificate compulsory? | Applicant should furnish Solvency Certificate issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank. | 5. Kindly note that in case there is any conflict between the tender document and the corrigendum, the latter shall prevail. 6. Rest of the terms, conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain same. Submission of bids shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and clarifications.
