Corrigendum dated November 13, 2023 Corrigendum dated November 06, 2023 Corrigendum dated October 27, 2023 Corrigendum dated October 13, 2023 Minutes of the Pre-bid Meeting and Corrigendum Reserve Bank Staff College (hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”) invites e-tenders, under two part system Part I (Techno Commercial) and Part II (Price Bid) from the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) of the Lift as per tender criteria for the work of “Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (DSITC) of 08 Passenger Capacity Electric Lift for Administrative Building at Reserve Bank Staff College, Chennai.” and as per the Schedule of Tender (SOT). The tendering will be done through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd. (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eproc). The work is estimated to cost Rs.16.19 Lakh and installation is required to be completed within 18 weeks from the 10th day of issue of work order (inclusive of the date of work order). Tenderers should electronically submit their proposal, as per the instructions regarding E-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects on or before October 12, 2023 up to 02:00 p.m. Tenderers shall submit tender proposal along with refundable EMD of ₹32,380/-, as prescribed in the tender. The technical bids (Part I) of the Tender will be opened electronically on October 12, 2023 at 03:00 pm. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. Financial bid (Part II) of only those tenderers who are found to be eligible on evaluation of their Part I documents will be opened with due intimation to the tenderers via electronic mode only. Tender document can be downloaded from website www.rbi.org.in and www.mstcecommerce.com. Any amendment(s) / corrigendum / clarifications with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on the website / e-portal only. The tenderer should check the above website / e-portal for any Amendment / Corrigendum / Clarification before submitting the bid. The Employer is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender.
