C O R R I G E N D U M

In the Notification No.FEMA.122/2004-RB dated August 30, 2004 of Reserve Bank of India, Foreign Exchange Department, Central Office published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R.No.625(E) dated September 21, 2004, the "Foot Note" occurring at the end shall be numbered as "Foot Note No.1" and the following shall be inserted at the end of the said "Foot Note No.1", namely,

"Foot-note No.2: It is clarified that no person will be adversely affected as a result of retrospective effect being given to these regulations."
