CORRIGENDUM

In the Notification No. FEMA.237/2012-RB dated September 25, 2012 of the Reserve Bank of India, Foreign Exchange Department, Central Office, published in the Gazette of Government of India, Extraordinary- Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i) vide G.S.R No. 894 (E) of 2012 dated 17.12.2012,

(i) For the words, “After Regulation (3) of the said Notification, the following Regulation shall be inserted, namely:- ”, the words “After paragraph(3) of the said Notification, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely:- ” shall be substituted.

(ii) In the Explanation, for the words, “For the purpose of this regulation”, the words, “For the purpose of this Notification” shall be substituted.
