Minutes of the Pre-bid Meeting Online Tenders in two parts through E-Tendering process are invited for awarding Annual Maintenance Contract for maintenance of substation and electrical installations at Main Office Premises, Reserve Bank of India, Dehradun from the date of award of tender to March 31, 2025. The work is estimated to cost approx. ₹40,00,500/- for 12 months including all taxes. 2. Online tenders will be available for viewing/ downloading to all bidders from 03:00 PM on August 30, 2024. The Bidders who do not comply with the eligibility criteria and technical evaluation will not be considered for opening of their Part-II financial bid tender. 3. The Bidders who do not submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) along with technical bid will not be considered for opening of Part-I of tender. The EMD paid by NEFT (with proof) shall be submitted through email – estatedehradun@rbi.org.in to reach us latest by 02:30 PM on October 08, 2024. 4. A Pre-bid meeting (off-line mode) of the intending Bidders will be held on September 26, 2024 at 01:00 PM at Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16-17, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. 5. All the documents mentioned in the tender document should be uploaded on MSTC site i.e., www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn. The same will be downloaded for evaluation by the Bank. 6. After examination, if any of the Bidder is not found to possess the required eligibility, their tenders may be rejected by the Bank. 7. Part-I of the tenders will be opened on-line at 03:15 PM on October 08, 2024 in the presence of the authorized representative of the Bidders who choose to be present at the time of opening the Part I of the Tender. Part-II (Price bid) of the eligible bidders shall be opened on a subsequent date which will be intimated to the bidders in advance. 8. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender.
