The terms and conditions can be downloaded from our website www.rbi.org.in. Quotations in sealed cover along with a signed copy of terms and conditions and superscribed “Quotation for supply and installation of Dust absorber machines” addressed to “The Regional Director, Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Panbazar, Guwahati – 781001” so as to reach this office latest by 14.00 hrs on April 22nd, 2015. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 15.00hrs. Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the quotation without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Terms and conditions for supplying and installation and services of ENV Air KEA-30
model Dust absorber machines and after sales service.
Qualification criteria:

Only experienced firms with service tax registration, having good track record of supplying, installation of ENV Air KEA-30 model Dust absorber machines. Necessary certificates/proofs to this effect should be submitted.

The applicant should understand the full scope, specification of the work before applying. They may contact the concerned section of the Bank for clarification, if any.

The firms should submit the rates of three (3) nos of Dust absorber machines of the said specification along with client certificates from atleast two of the clients for whom they have supplied and installed the Dust absorber machines of the said specification.

The firm should have an office/outlet/repair centre in Guwahati for after sale service of Dust absorber machines of said specification.

The firm should quote the rates of the Dust absorber of only said specification.

Applications containing false or inadequate information are liable for rejection.
