Singh, AM (Tech-Civil), Estate Section welcomed the participants of the meeting and invited queries, if any, from the prospective bidder regarding the captioned tender. The Bidders shall quote accordingly. | | 7 | Whether any other collection tank to be provided between Collection tank and Anoxic tank, kindly confirm | As per tender Part I document, the flow chart for MBR process is available on Page 93. No separate tank is to be provided between collection tank and anoxic tank. | | 8 | Whether sludge holding tank to provided by vendor or by Bank, kindly confirm | As per tender Part I document, the flow chart for MBR process is available on Page 93. The sludge holding tank for recirculation of additional MLSS is to be provided by the Contractor. The Bidder shall quote accordingly. | | 9 | The firms have enquired regarding consumables for CAMC period and skilled operator service charges. (Item No. 2 & 3) | It was made clear that CAMC will be applicable after Defect Liability Period (DLP) of 1 year & Annual Service charges for skilled operator after handing over of plant and deputing operator at site.
