Download the price sheet (workbook) from MSTC. -
Add new sheet to the downloaded excel workbook. -
Copy the contents of the excel price sheet and paste it in the newly added sheet. -
After copy pasting, quote your rates in the Rate column. -
Change the GST percentage -
Save and upload the excel workbook on MSTC. (Please note that, since the rates are quoted in a new sheet, the total amount reflected will not be captured in MSTC.) Accordingly, L1 will be decided by the bank based on the rates quoted by the firms as per the instructions given by the bank. 3. a) These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form a part of the tender. Hence, it shall be signed and uploaded on MSTC along with the tender by the tenderers. b) Rest of the terms and conditions & specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain the same. c) Submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and minutes of the pre-bid meeting.
