In this context based on the pre-bid discussions and the queries received from the bidders, following changes are notified: 1. Refer RFP Page No 13: Para 23. “4 week” should be replaced with “5 Week”. 2. Refer Page 10, Para 11-Order Cancellation and Invocation of PBG- “five (05)” weeks should be replaced with “six (06) weeks”. 3. Refer RFP Page 12, Para 21- “The Empanelment of Bidders under the Rate Contract will be till March 31, 2027” should be replaced with “The Empanelment of bidders under the Rate Contract will be for a period of six (06) months i.e., from April 01, 2026 to September 30, 2026”. 4. Refer RFP Page No 15, Para 33- End of Life- “March 31, 2027” should be replaced with “September 30, 2026” and “March 31, 2030” should be replaced with “September 30, 2029”. Accordingly, the following revised documents are uploaded on the MSTC portal Website: a. Reply to pre-bid queries b.
