Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh invites E-Tender from eligible and willing firms for undertaking “Annual Maintenance Contract for Pest Control Treatment Work in Bank's Premises located at Sector 17A MOB, 16A, 44B & Sector 30A Colony, Chandigarh”. The work is estimated to cost approx. ₹8.37 lakh for 12 months including all taxes. The contract shall be initially awarded for a period of 09 months with effect from July 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027 and may be extended / renewed for further period(s) but not exceeding the 02 (two) years at the discretion of the Bank, if the Services of the contractor is found to be satisfactory by the Bank. 2. It is a limited e tender. Only those interested and eligible firms, which are empaneled for Captioned work under trade Pest Control under Category III (₹ 5-10 Lakh) in Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow, and Kanpur Office and are registered on MSTC portal will be able to take part in the tender process. The tender document is available on website www.rbi.org.in for download. 3. E-Tender shall be submitted online in two parts. Part-I of the e-tender will contain the Bank’s standard technical and commercial conditions for the proposed work, which must be agreed to by the tenderers. Part-II of the e-tender will contain the Bank’s schedule of quantities and tenderer’s price bid to be submitted online. 4.
