Representative from nine firms participated in the pre-bid meeting. The queries raised by the intending bidders and clarifications given by the Bank during the pre-bid meeting are as follows: | Sl. Bidders must ensure while quoting Service Charges that they include all expenditure on providing managerial and administrative services to get the work done through their deployed Housekeeping Staff. | | 2. | Whether separate Solvency certificate is to be submitted? | Please refer Section C-Eligibility Criteria -Para 2(iv) of the tender documents. | | 3. | Whether audited annual financial statements for Financial Year (FY) 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 can be submitted considering the recent closure of 2025-26 and short-period for audited statement for the year ending FY2025-26? | Audited annual financial statements for Financial Year (FY) 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 will be considered. | | 4. | What cleaning materials/ brands are to be used? Any specification about the cleaning material at sr. no 23, 24 and 30. | List of approved brands of cleaning materials are given at ‘Section I’ of the tender document. Type of cleaning material at sr. no. 23 and 24 shall be supplied as per the Bank’s requirement from time to time while the same at Sr. no 30 shall be considered as 30Litres. | | 5. | Whether the bank will provide cleaning materials and equipment? | The cleaning materials listed Section I of the tender document is required to provide on the monthly basis along with the equipment by the service provider. Additional quantity, if any, will be provided by the Bank. | | 6. | What will be the working hours? | Working hours are specified in Para 1 of ‘Section H-Scope of Work’. | | 7. | Whether exemption in submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is applicable for the MSME bidders having Udyam Registration Number? | The exemption is not applicable as the estimated cost of the tender exceeds ₹10 lakh. | | 8. | What is the scope of work to be carried out by the staff deployed? | The detailed scope of work is given at Section H-Scope of Work’ of the tender document. | | 9. | What will be the initial AMC period? | The initial period of contract is 09 months i.e. July 01,2026 to March 31,2027. | | 10. | For what period should rates be quoted? | All the rates should be quoted for 12 Months. | | 11. | Whether there is any penalty amount for failure to deploy mentioned /adequate staff on daily basis? | Penalties will be applicable as per the Para 60, Section F of the tender documents. | | 12. | The minimum wages are revised in April-September every year, whether the revised rates will be paid for the staff deployed? | Yes, the revised rates will be applicable for the staff deployed as and when notified by the Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner and same will be reimbursed by the Bank subject to submission of the necessary documents by the vendor. | Please note: (i)This document (minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting) shall form a part of the tender. (ii)Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain unchanged. (iii) The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders.
