1. Reserve Bank of India, Gangtok invites e-tender for “Providing Trained Firefighting staff for providing fire safety services at RBI office premises located in Gangtok”. The contract will be for an initial period of twelve Months. The e-tendering shall be done through the e-tendering portal of Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) (https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app). All eligible and interested companies/agencies/firms must register themselves through the above-mentioned website to participate in the e-tendering process. 2. Intending tenderers shall pay a sum of ₹64,911.00/- (Rupees Sixty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eleven Only) as earnest money to be paid through NEFT/ Net banking only to Reserve Bank of India, Gangtok. Documentary evidence in support of remittance shall be submitted in sealed cover addressed to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Gangtok so as to reach P&SE Office as per Section – I of Schedule of Tender, serial number (g) super scribing as “EMD FOR E-TENDER FOR PROVIDING TRAINED FIREFIGHTING STAFF FOR PROVIDING FIRE SAFETY SERVICES AT RBI OFFICE PREMISES LOCATED IN GANGTOK”. 3. Applicants intending to apply will have to satisfy the Bank by furnishing documentary evidence in support of their possessing required eligibility and in the event of their failure to do so, the Bank reserves the right to reject their bids. E-tenders without EMD will not be accepted under any circumstances. 4. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. 5.
