The payment terms for execution of the captioned work, as contained at Clause 3.13 of Part-I of the Tender Document, have been reviewed and it has been decided to revise the said clause. Clause 3.13 of Part-I of the Tender Document is accordingly amended and shall henceforth read as under: “60% payment on a pro-rata basis against delivery of materials at site, subject to submission of requisite test certificates, contractor’s certificate, insurance policies and Bank Guarantee towards Security Deposit, and the balance 40% upon completion of erection, testing, commissioning and handing over of the complete system.” 3.
