Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh invites limited E-tender in one part for captioned work. The estimated cost of the work is ₹6.14 lakh and is to be completed within 25 days from the 14th day of award of work. 2. Eligibility Criteria: This is a limited e-tender. Only those interested and eligible firms, which are empanelled for Centralised Air-conditioning related works under Category III (₹5-10 Lakh) in Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh and are registered on CPPP portal will be able to take part in the tender process. The tender document is available on website www.rbi.org.in for download. 3. The e-tender will be carried out by Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app as third party on behalf of RBI. Therefore, interested firms are required to register on the CPP portal to participate in the tendering process. The detail regarding the registration on CPPP and procedure of e tendering has been attached at Annexure II. E-Tender shall be submitted online in two parts. Part I of the e-tender will contain the standard technical and commercial conditions for the proposed work and Part II of the e-tender will contain the price bid. All required annexures along with documentary proofs will also be uploaded along with Part I of the tender. This is an e-tender bid and the bidders are not required to be present for opening. 4. The Bank is under no obligation to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept any tender either in whole or in part. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all tenders at its sole discretion, without providing any reason therefor. 5. The Bank reserves the right to issue addendum / corrigendum/ minutes/ pre-bid meeting, which shall be published solely on the official website of RBI and CPPP. Such updates shall form an integral part of the tender document, and no separate notification will be sent to the individual bidders.
