The clarifications given by the Bank with respect to each of these queries / issues are as follows: | Sl. No. | Query / Proposal/ Existing condition | Bank’s response / revised condition | | 1 | All vendor representatives from the prospective bidders unanimously recommended extending the deadline for bid submission to ensure adequate time for comprehensive proposal preparation. | The vendors have been formally advised to submit their requests for an extension of the bid submission deadline in writing, providing clear justification, for consideration by the Bank. | | 2 | What type of cables shall be used for the Input and Output Power Supply Arrangement? | The Bank’s Engineer has clarified that the prospective bidders shall comply with the technical specifications outlined in Clause 4.0 of Section VI of the tender document. | | 3 | What is the prescribed make and model of the UPS to be supplied, including any specific technical specifications or certifications required? | The Bank’s Engineer has clarified that the UPS to be supplied shall fully comply with the technical specifications outlined in Clause 6.0 of Section VI of the tender document and also shall comply with the eligibility criteria outlined in the tender document. | | 4 | What is the periodicity of the All-Inclusive Maintenance Contract (CAMC)? | The Bank’s Engineer has clarified that the periodicity of the CAMC shall mandatorily comply with the specifications outlined in Clause 21.0 of Section VI of the tender document. | The vendors present were then taken for a tour of the site for better understanding of the scope of work. Note: Above amendments / clarifications are issued for information to all intending bidders. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of tender.
