The Work shall be carried out at site mainly/preferably after Bank’s Office working hours on weekdays, full day on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays by strictly following the applicable Labour laws. The workmen will not be allowed to stay within the premises beyond Bank’s Office working hours without prior permission from Engineer-in-Charge. For working at Night, necessary Police Verification of workers shall be done and submitted to Bank and prior permission from Engineer-in-Charge is necessary. The cost of taking permissions from any Local Authority to work late night or full night, during Public Holidays and other days to be borne by the Contractors.
