  2. Last Date and time of submission of Technical-Bid: December 15, 2023 (till 11:00 AM)

  3. Date and time of opening of Technical-Bid: December 15, 2023 (at 03:00 PM)

3. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender remain unchanged.
