In the Notification No. FEMA.91/2003-RB dated June 5, 2003 of the Reserve Bank of India, Exchange Control Department, Central Office, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-Section (i) vide G.S.R. 10(E) dated January 7, 2004, the following shall be substituted.

(i) in the title and the short title, of the Regulations for the figure '2003' the figure '2004' shall be substituted.

(ii) at the end of the notification, the following footnote shall be added :

Foot-note :

'The Principal Regulations were published in the official gazette vide G.S.R. No. 395(E) dated May 5, 2000 in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) and subsequently amended vide G.S.R. No. 477(E) dated July 8, 2002.'

That as rectified and modified as aforesaid, the Principal Regulations hall remain in full force and effect.
