Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati invites applications for empanelment of contractors/ firms for carrying out various Civil & Electrical works including renovation / modernization /maintenance and repair/ repainting works and to purchase various Deadstock Articles for the Bank's Main Office Premises and Residential Buildings/ Colonies at various locations in Guwahati. 2. The panel will remain valid for the period of 03 years starting from April 01, 2027 to March 31, 2030. Interested suppliers/contractors may apply for empanelment for single or multiple trades for the categories indicated in the Application Form/ Empanelment Document. For any particular trade, the application may be submitted for any category, for more than one category or for all categories, as per their eligibility / willingness. 3. The empanelment document, application form and other requisite documents will be available to view/ download from 11:00 Hours on September 30, 2026 from RBI website at www.rbi.org.in. The interested applicants should submit physical copies of duly signed & sealed and duly completed application form/ empanelment document along with the required Pre-Qualification Documents, in sealed cover super-scribing “Empanelment of Firms/ Contractors for Civil, Electrical Works and Supply of Deadstock Articles for Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati for FY 2027-30” and addressed to “The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Pan-Bazar, Station Road, Guwahati, Assam-781001”. 4. The brief schedule of the empanelment activity is as follows: | a) Date of Notice inviting application (along with complete empanelment document) available to download from the Bank`s website (www.rbi.org.in): | September 30, 2026 from 11:00 Hours onwards | | b) Date and venue of the Off-line Pre-Submission Meeting: | October 06, 2026 at 11:00 onwards at 4th Floor, Estate Department, Main office Building, Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati | | c) Start Date for Submission of Sealed Physical copy of application: | September 30, 2026 from 11:00 Hours onwards | | d) Last date for Submission of Sealed Physical copy of application: | October 28, 2026 up-to 14:00 Hours | 5. Interested Applicants are advised to read the empanelment document carefully before submitting their application. Submission of application will confirm the acceptance of the Bank’s terms & conditions by the applicant for the empanelment activity. 6. Any contractor/firm who wishes to be empaneled with the Bank for FY 2027-30 are required to submit fresh application whether they were presently or previously empaneled with us. 7. Applicants are required to submit their application/ requisite documents in sealed cover in the Bank’s specified formats only. Each page of the application/ documents shall be duly filled, signed & sealed. Application/ requisite documents submitted in any other format will not be accepted by the Bank. 8. During scrutiny, if any of the applicant is found not to possess the required eligibility criteria or to have submitted false/ incorrect information, the application will be liable for rejection. Also, the Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. 9. Bank reserves the right for making the final list of empaneled Firms/ Contractors for Civil, Electrical works and Supply of Deadstock Articles for FY 2027-30. 10. Please note that empanelment does not give right to claim to an applicant for allocation of work. 11. Any amendments / corrigendum to the empanelment activity, if any, will only be notified on the RBI Website (www.rbi.org.in) and will not be published in the newspaper. Regional Director
