Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting The RBI, Raipur, invites Sealed E-tender in Two parts for captioned services/work. The estimated cost of the services/work is ₹ 13,00,000/- (Rupees thirteen lakh only) and is to be completed by October 30, 2026. 2. Eligibility Criteria: Section III clause 4 3. The e-tender will be hosted by Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app as third party on behalf of Reserve Bank of India (hereinafter called the Bank). Therefore, interested firms are required to register on the CPP portal to participate in the tendering process. The detail regarding the registration on CPPP and procedure of e tendering has been attached at Annexure II. E-Tender shall be submitted online in two parts. Part I of the e-tender will contain the standard technical and commercial conditions for the proposed services/work and Part II of the e-tender will contain the price bid. All required annexures along with documentary proofs will also be uploaded along with Part I of the tender. This is an e-tender bid and the bidders are not required to be present for opening. 4. The Bank is under no obligation to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept any tender either in whole or in part. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all tenders at its sole discretion, without providing any reason therefor. 5. The Bank reserves the right to issue addendum / corrigendum/ minutes/ pre-bid meeting, which shall be published solely on the official website of RBI and CPPP. Such updates shall form an integral part of the tender document, and no separate notification will be sent to the individual bidders.
