(2026_RBI_292510_1) The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on October 07, 2026 at 15:00 Hrs. at Conference Room No.2, Bank’s Office Building, RBI, Belapur. Only one firm has participated in the Pre-bid meeting. The details are given in Annex-I. 2. Representative of the firm was welcomed and briefed about the captioned work. The Bank Officials also explained various aspects of the tender which needs to be taken care by them during submission of their bids. No additions / modifications were suggested / made to the specifications of any tender conditions and the firm was advised to submit their bids according to the existing conditions. 3. Further, Bank will not be bound to entertain any further query/clarification from any vendor/contractor in future. 4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting / corrigendum shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement/ contract. 5. The terms, conditions and specifications of the tender/ Bid document shall continue to remain the same unless otherwise stated / clarified in this corrigendum. 6. The above clarifications are issued for the information& necessary action of all the intending bidders. 7. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender/ Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above, if any.
