Pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was conducted on October 19, 2026, at 11.00 am through online Webex. The details of queries raised by the Contractor and clarifications / comments of the Bank are tabulated below: | Sl. The contractor shall submit manufacturer’s data sheets and certificates for the bird net before commencement of work. Samples of the materials to be used shall be submitted for approval. No material shall be installed without approval of the Bank.
Further, the contractor shall provide, at their own cost, all necessary staging arrangements, if any, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including spiderman safety kit, helmets, safety belt, safety shoes, hand gloves, safety goggles, masks, etc. Work at height shall be taken up with the use of a full body harness / safety belt / spiderman safety kit securely anchored. The contractor shall be solely responsible for the safety of all personnel deployed at the site. | | b | Warranty and Undertaking | The vendor was informed that the details regarding the warranty and undertaking is mentioned in para 12 of General Instructions to Tenderers of the tender document. | | c | Scope of area and installation | It was informed that the scope of area will cover all residential blocks of the quarters except part of A block (already done as sample work) and dead walls where there are no openings / windows / ventilators, etc. The vendor was informed that a sample work was done in one of the blocks of the quarters and the vendor can visit the same for illustrative and reference purpose only. The work shall be executed strictly in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stipulated in the tender. | | d | Clarification on tender conditions | It was clarified by the Bank that successful bidder shall submit Performance Bank Guarantee and the EMD is not required for the work as mentioned in para 11 of General Instructions to Tenderers of the tender document. | 3.
