Restoration of Certificate of Registration of one NBFC

The Certificate of Registration (CoR) issued to the following Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) has been restored after considering the orders passed by the Appellate Authority/Court. The NBFC is advised to adhere to the applicable provisions of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, and guidelines/directions issued by the Reserve Bank of India, including reporting requirements.
