Extension of Last Date of Submission Pre-bid meeting of the captioned tender was held at 11:00 AM on May 29, 2026 at RBI Chandigarh. The list of participants of the said meeting is provided in Annex I. 2. Following queries were raised by the firm in the pre-bid meeting which were answered and resolved: - | Sl. Ltd. | In addition, the bidder raised query regarding uniform charges i.e. How much uniform charge will be paid to the firm? and whether it will be paid annually/ quarterly? | As per para 12.21 of Section IV of Tender Document, the driver would wear well stitched and ironed uniform during duty hours as approved by the Bank and provided by the Bidder/Tenderer treating it as a mandatory requirement as Uniform Charges are being paid to the Bidder/Tenderer every month.
Further, as per point no. J in Financial Bid, Cost for Uniform (winter/summer) etc. for 12 months (Annually). The amount shall not be less than ₹12,000 annually (inclusive of GST)** | 3. The meeting ended with the vote of thanks to the chair. 4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document. 5. All other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain same. 6. The above clarification is issued for the information of all the intending bidders. 7. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/clarifications given above.
