(E-Tender No. – 2026_RBI_283510) The Pre-Bid Meeting for the captioned tender was held in the Conference room of Estate Department area at 1st floor, Main Office Building at 02:30 hrs. on July 20, 2026. The response / clarifications given to the bidders with respect to each query, are as given below: | Sl. Bidders are required to quote rates inclusive of all such costs, based on a physical site visit and assessment. | | 5. | Kindly specify the running bill amount or the basis for calculation of interim payments. | ‘APPENDIX HEREIN BEFORE REFERRED TO’ may be referred to for details regarding Running Account (RA) bills. | As stated under Point No. 3 above, the following clause is hereby modified- | Sl.
