Exclusion from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 - "Credit Lyonnais"

We advise that the name of "Credit Lyonnais" has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 with effect from 22^nd May 2004, i.e. the date on which the relative notification DBOD. No IBS. 1575/ 23.13.025 /2003-04 dated 30^th April 2004 was published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4).
