Minutes of the pre-bid meeting - Supply of Drugs and Medicines to Bank Dispensaries and doorstep delivery to the Retired/Serving employees/ eligible dependents against credit slips issued by the Dispensaries of Reserve Bank of India, Kanpur

Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on June 04, 2025. The officials from RBI and two empanelled chemists participated in the pre-bid meeting.

2. Following a brief introduction by the Bank regarding the eTender, some queries were raised by the empanelled chemists, which were then clarified by the Bank. Summary of the same is furnished below:

1. What is the minimum annual turnover required for participating in the tender? The minimum annual turnover required to participate in the tender would be Rs 2,00,00,000/- (Rs. Two Crore) for the past three financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24).
2. Amount of Performance bank guarantee (PBG). Performance bank guarantee amount would be Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rs. Twenty Lakh). In case the bank enters into multiple contracts with multiple suppliers, the PBG will be equally divided among selected suppliers for the annual contract.
3. Which documents are required to be uploaded? Duly filled in application forms, duly signed and stamped RFP document, documents mentioned in the RFP and EMD payment confirmation.

3. Furthermore, tenderers are advised to place bids through MSTC in time so that in case of any technical issue, they can contact MSTC personnel to address said issue within the tender closing time.

4. The above minutes may be treated as part of the tender. All other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain unchanged.
